Needless to say, we were more than a little leery about dealing with someone we don't know. I've always wanted a Honda, and the recent hail storm created the opportunity I needed to explore that option. I began my search online and narrowed my choice to a 2014 Honda Civic. My online inquiries were answered by Steve Burgh. My schedule during the day limits my availability so I do not have time or opportunity to "play phone tag" so, I requested e-mail correspondence and Mr. Burgh honored that request. His responses were quick, informative, and concise. I had blocked off a limited amount of time during the day for me to go and test drive the Civic and discuss financing options. Mr. Burgh was ready for me when I arrived and referenced more than once his desire to get me out in the necessary timeframe. He honored that time and we were able to come to an agreement to purchase the vehicle. The experience working with Steve Burgh was pleasant, straight-forward, and uncomplicated. I was very specific about what I wanted, and he was able to locate the car at another dealer. Regretfully, that dealership would not do a dealer trade with Honda of Abilene, and I had to go there to get the car. Honestly, I wish I would have kept my business at Honda of Abilene. The customer service and friendliness of the staff is unrivaled! Because I had initiated a deal, I received a package in the mail full of cookies. Turned my attitude from bad to good I was one of the folks who lost my 'baby' in the great hailstorm of 2014. When I went into our local Honda Dealer, I had a very bad attitude to say the least. But while working with Steve Burgh, and test driving the brand new Honda Accord Hybrid, I realized that I could be happy again with another car. In fact, I'm thrilled! The base price was actually less than the price listed on the no-haggle website for a dealer in Fort Worth. After I added in my 'wants,' the car cost a small fortune, but I'm so glad I kept my money local. It was a painless process, and the folks here are very friendly and professional.
