Highly Recommend Honda of Abilene Tx Excellent dealership with amazing sales professionals, reception staff, and service department. My mercedes Benz was serviced there on 6-6-2014 and Sc Excellent dealership with amazing sales professionals, reception staff, and service department. My mercedes Benz was serviced there on 6-6-2014 and Scott was the service professional that helped me and the over delivered. The General Sales Manager Kipp and the GM Keenan were very polite and made sure my visit was pleasurable. The front desk receptionist Cassie and the service receptionist Mary were very helpful. Miracle worker I was referred to Honda and specifically Eric by a friend who had previously bought a car from there. I was totally upside with my car and was having I was referred to Honda and specifically Eric by a friend who had previously bought a car from there. I was totally upside with my car and was having a few issues with it as well. Eric was very informative and friendly. I could tell it wasn't just about the sale to him but about what was best for me. Daughter's first car I was happy with my experience. My only complaint was that I had was that I had to deal with two different salespeople. I initially contacted the de I was happy with my experience. My only complaint was that I had was that I had to deal with two different salespeople. I initially contacted the dealership, after seeing the vehicle in the paper, and spoke with a salesman on the phone who sent me some pics of the car. He told me to come in if I was interested. I came in later that day and there was only one saleswoman there. I asked her to see the car and she showed it to me and took us for a test drive. After I left the dealership, she corresponded with me back and forth answering questions. She definitely sold me the car. The next day, the original salesman contacted me to ask if I was going to come in to see the vehicle. I explained that I had come in and worked with another salesperson. From that point on, I had to deal with two different salespeople. The saleswoman did all the work, but they both got credit for the sale. I felt this was unfair as the second salesman did nothing more than send me a couple pics initially. I did not name the him in this review because he did not have anything to do with me purchasing this vehicle. More
