I got an email about an exceptional deal from Carter McBride, went in that afternoon to drive the car, and finished the paperwork yesterday. Mr. McBride even rearranged his schedule to come to my place of employment to pick me up and take me to the dealership so I could drive my new car home! My experience with the service department over the past 6 or 7 years has been remarkable. I rarely have a problem that causes me to have to go in, but I must get my oil changed frequently as I drive a great deal. I never have to worry about the reliability of the service department as I know they have my best interests in mind and would never steer me wrong. The service is always fast and friendly, AND they have the best waiting area a person could ask for! Honda of Abilene will always be my first choice for sales and service. More

Samantha went above and beyond throughout our time of working together. Over a 2-3 week period, Samantha was patient and eager to answer all of my questions, and when it came time for me to make my final decision, we were able to reach a mutually beneficial agreement that we were both satisfied with in the end.
