Follow up after I was finally able to legally drive the car and put stock led headlights in, the damage cited before:that the bumper broke away, and it was actually the fender was twisted, and made to fit. There is paint damage around the vehicle. The headliner has a cigarette burn in it and the windshield has a little crack on the passenger side. I have tried calling your dealership and no one has contacted me back other than a lithia manager to buy a 6k job off for 2k to never darken lithia’s doorstep again. Thought you might be interested in what’s going on with your company. I have made the mistake of rating a dealership well in the past prematurely and will not endure this mistake again.
