On Friday, when I called to set up an oil change, I was assured the oil filter would be ordered and be ready for my Monday oil change appointment. On Monday, the oil filter had not been ordered. The oil c assured the oil filter would be ordered and be ready for my Monday oil change appointment. On Monday, the oil filter had not been ordered. The oil change took 1:15 instead of the usual 20 minutes. However, Mr. Wooten was very gracious and apologetic, plus we had a good talk. To make things even better, the parts department supervisor said that he had set up automatic oil filter replacement inventory for my car’s make and model so they will always have an oil filter - perfect! That’s great customer service. To take a negative and make it into a positive! More
