Friendly people but added an unwelcome addition I appreciated that the team worked to get me a loan based on my credit score. However, I did not like that they added an insurance that was not a part I appreciated that the team worked to get me a loan based on my credit score. However, I did not like that they added an insurance that was not a part of the original deal and raised my payment 40 dollars a month for the life of my loan, which resulted in an extravagant amount for the policy demanded by the banker. Aside from the finance office, I was very satisfied. Everything involved in purchasing my vehicle went great with only a couple of exceptions. The vehicle was purchased with two buyers residing in separa Everything involved in purchasing my vehicle went great with only a couple of exceptions. The vehicle was purchased with two buyers residing in separate households and it was made clear to the dealer which purchaser was the primary user of the vehicle. Despite this the purchaser with the better credit score was listed as primary instead of the primary driver and monthly payer for the vehicle. This has resulted in much of the correspondence going to the incorrect person and I worry it will cause ongoing mild inconveniences for the duration of the loan. Finally, the person working in the finance office worked very quickly, which isn't necessary a bad thing, but I later found myself feeling as if he blurred the line between what items came with the car (standard warranty) and what was optional and incurred an extra charge. I'd have rated the experience more highly if the optional items (tire/wheel protection, gap insurance, etc) were presented in a more matter-of-fact manner rather than with pressure to be "up sold" into buying more items.
