I’ve had a vehicle through All Star in the past and it was terrible experience, but I decided to give it another chance being as I purchased my Tundra through them on 01/2026. Brought truck in for 5000 ma was terrible experience, but I decided to give it another chance being as I purchased my Tundra through them on 01/2026. Brought truck in for 5000 maintenance and the service advisors were insulting and ignorant. A safety bulletin was sent to me regarding a lag with acceleration on my truck. It’s documented, thousands of tundra owners are also talking about it online, it’s a well known thing. I asked If they would do the update while I was there and the truck only had a 3000 miles on it, they didn’t even look. Told me I must have been sent spam and that they weren’t entertaining it. I offered to give them the Toyota TSB number to verify it, said it wouldn’t pull up using my vin because it was an “service bulletin” not a Recall. I was Blown off. There was no sense of customer service or even genuine interest in investigating what I had brought to their attention. I left and immediately called their competitor Price Leblanc Toyota and they knew exactly what I was referring to. I have an appointment with them next week to address this. All star is absolute trash and the employee’s in their service department are garbage. More

The absolute worst! Avoid coming here at all costs. I took my car in for an estimate for damages from my recent accident and got a flat tire. When I asked them to take responsibility they wouldn't and came up with crazy stories of how it might have happened, trying to make me pay for damage THEY CAUSED! I can't even think right now I'm so mad. This is one of the shadiest shops I've ever been to. The audacity of these people. I'm never coming here again. They just lost a 10k deal in repairs and all my future business over $10. More
