All State Ford replaced the 6.0 diesel engine in my 2005 Excursion with a Ford certified remanufactured engine in July 2019 charging almost $19,000 for the installation. When selling the remanufactured engine to me, they offered a two year unlimited guarantee on the engine. In the last year, since All State Ford replaced my engine, I have had many problems with the engine, all of which were caused by poor craftsmanship on their installation, not by faulty remanufacturing processes by Ford when they rebuilt the engine. In addition, All State Ford wrecked my Excursion while they had it in their shop for the engine replacement. They caved-in one of my rear doors by backing another customer’s vehicle into mine, resulting in a $2,000 body shop repair. I lost the use of my Excursion for almost two months during their engine replacement & body shop fix when the whole replacement was supposed to be completed in two & one-half weeks. In my experience, All State Ford does not stand behind their guarantee, is not responsive to my claims and cares little for my interests. I would not use All State's dealership again in the future and do not recommend that anyone else use them either. More
