We didn't get 100% of what we wanted in a trade in credit with our minivan, but close enough under the circumstances. We still need to go back and learn about our GMC, I have a several questions on Denali's new gadgets. We left after the purchase paperwork because my twins, age 6, were hungry and tired, otherwise Eric would have gone over questions that day. More

I had NOT intended to make a deal, but the attitudes of the entire staff made it too easy to agree quickly. Mark LaVally was so helpful and down to earth. No sales press, nothing but honesty and straightforward talk. If he didn't know, he said so and tried to find answers for me. John Armijo was very impressive in his professional knowledge and willingness to find a way. He made the deal very easy to do, understand and live with in the end. John probably made the deal happen as it became "all possible" when he discussed how to do the deal. Throughout the process both John and Mark were exceptional. I can't imagine a better one-two punch. Thank you both!!!!!!! Also, Don Lucarelli maintained contact throughout the week and kept me energized to come down and see this car. After purchasing 10 cars in my lifetime, this was so far beyond the easiest I have ever done. Even after the deal was done, Mark stayed in close contact with me, so I knew what was going on. He clearly tried to do a few tings for me (Floor mats that were missing, only a single key....) while not solved, he was very straightforward about it. All in all the entire Allen Team was so impressive. It made the purchase of this vehicle easy and an enjoyable event, not stressful as is usual. I would not hesitate to recommend to everyone I know to come see Allen. I know many Marines at Camp Pendleton and will make sure they know that just a few short miles up the road is one of the best places to buy a vehicle. I did my research for months trying to find the best price for a new Sierra Denali and came across Allen Cadillac GMC's advertised price, which was hands down the best price. I was apprehensive about a possible bait and switch but I had to call to double check to see if it was a mistake, the price was legit. My Salesman was Rod Foster who researched every possible rebate to see if he could get the price any lower but their pricing was already great. I came in with financing already set but Rod suggested that his finance team (Special thanks to John Armijo) may be able to beat my already low interest rate, beat it they did by almost 2 points. After the paperwork was signed and at the time when most salesmen would kick you to the curb to celebrate the sale, Rod took the time to help me personalize the vehicle.
