Not the best Experience Engine was chugging & cutting out bad, RPM's dropping 500. Dealer could not find any problem. i said it seemed like trans was not down shifting in time. Dealer "Chris Trpevski" asked if I was driving in manual, he said the vehicle would act just like this if I was in manual, he said the computer would override and shift the transmission in manual. I said this does not sound right to me I don’t think it will shift at all in manual & he assured me it would. When I drove the loaner back to pick up my car that they didn’t find anything wrong with I drove it in manual & it did not shift either & it was the same vehicle just one year newer. I picked up my car and drove it home & the same problem. I called the dealer & talked to Chris & asked if they want another chance at it, he was a bit nasty, said I could talk it to another dealer then said to bring it in again. He said someone drove it home that night & it failed so they repaired it & he drove it home to be sure then he called the next day & said I could pick it up. When I picked up the car it wreaked like smoke & there were ash particles all over like someone smoked with the window down. This is the most unprofessional dealership I have ever been to. More
Amazing service When I was looking to trade in my two trucks I went to John because of the quality help and service he gave my friend when she purchased her two cars. John was more than helpful in getting me in a my new suburban even staying way after closing to get the paperwork for the suburban and my two trade in's and even drove out to my job to sign some papers that we missed. Everything was as I hoped and expected and I will definitely go back to John an the Standford Allen team for all my car needs an will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know how needs a new car More

I am from Monroe, but currently reside in Houston, Texas. They were able to find me the exact car I was looking for, and ship it down to Texas. Despite the distance, they have been quick to answer all of my questions and concerns since I purchased the Equinox. More

Be aware Purchased a certified used 2012 CTS in June 2014 went back to look at trading up and I was told that in 6 months my 2012 CTS has depreciated almost $1 Purchased a certified used 2012 CTS in June 2014 went back to look at trading up and I was told that in 6 months my 2012 CTS has depreciated almost $10,000 because the markets has changed. I asked them to give me to give me their best deal which I refused their first offer and they had the nerve to come back with a $2000 off the first deal. Sounds like they didn't offer me their best deal the first time. Please be careful!!! Not sure if the salesman is to blame or the sales manager? Steve H More

Very nice driving experience and handled great. I was hoping to trade close to even in price and got a fair deal. Checking out the car I noticed the passenger window was scratched and scraped. Service took the car in, gave me a loaner and fixed the problem that week. Two special rear rims were discolored and were also replaced under warranty. The repairs were thourough and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealer! More

I also appreciated that Drew and his boss where very honest with me. I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone purchasing a new/used car. There was one minor disappointment though; when I picked up my Impala, it barely had half a tank of gas which I'm sure was an oversight. This dealership is absolutely a cut abovethe rest........
