The service department is a disappointment! First and last time there. The service advisor I had needs to learn his job description I asked for a print out of everything and he looked and me an First and last time there. I called on a Friday after dropping my car off Wednesday morning like scheduled and left numerous messages he never called back I had to go there just to see if they even looked at my car yet, and then be told they just got in back there to look at, three days later. They call Monday to tell what the problem was, and ordered parts which would be in the next day but won’t be fixed till Thursday. Beyond aggravated! Will not be using them again! More

When I signed the paperwork I also wanted to give kudos to Tyrone who was just very good and made the process in signing the paperwork smooth and no pressure to purchase anything else. I was a cash buyer but threw them a bone and financed for 3 months. They hit my credit report 3 TIMES. I run a business and to have 3 HARD hits it totally unacceptable. When I inquired as to why I was told "I wanted to get you the best interest rate" I was like I WAS A CASH BUYER and paying the loan off in 3 months. Why would I care about the interest rate. He is like oh once they give you the loan they will remove the inquiry so clearly he has NO CLUE about credit. More
