Very professional, neat clean service writers, even the the black janitor there was the nicest guy just to say hello and small talk. Truck came back clean and thank you for the ride home and back. If I had the black janitor there was the nicest guy just to say hello and small talk. Truck came back clean and thank you for the ride home and back. If I had any negative feed it would be the girls at the pay counter(and this is really nothing) they looked bored to death scrolling social media on their phones did not look professional. But I guess everybody does that now days and they were pleasant enough to deal with. More

worst dealership, when you bring the car they say that it will be ready in 2 days, but in the end, after numerous calls, you come to them after 8 days and see that nothing has been fixed will be ready in 2 days, but in the end, after numerous calls, you come to them after 8 days and see that nothing has been fixed More
am not big on writing reviews, but I had to share my experience with Allen Gwynn Chevrolet. I purchased a pre owned Corvette C8 back in January 2024. The experience was good not great. One person that experience with Allen Gwynn Chevrolet. I purchased a pre owned Corvette C8 back in January 2024. The experience was good not great. One person that I thought was great was a sales Manager named Moe. He communicated well during the sales process. However, things took a horrible turn just this week! We are now in May, have had the car for almost 5 months. I took my car in for service at another Chevy dealer and found out that the C8 I purchased had a transmission replaced in 2021 and had a second transmission problem 2 weeks before they sold me the car! The fact that no one disclosed this information to me was extremely disheartening to say the least! Extremely Dissappointed in being deceived and to see this dealership be so dishonest and not disclose this was the worst! This Corvette was bought brand new from Allen Gwynn and was serviced only by them and sold as a pre owned car to me by them! They knew the exact service history of this car and never disclosed this! I asked about the service and was told it was excellent! Stay away from this dealership, unless you like unethical, dishonest people. I would never return as a customer. No excuses for not disclosing that type of major repair, none! STAY AWAY!!! More
I’m not surprised that other individuals have also had bad experiences at this service department. It really was a nightmare! I brought my new 2023 Chevy Malibu in for a water leak. When I left, they didn bad experiences at this service department. It really was a nightmare! I brought my new 2023 Chevy Malibu in for a water leak. When I left, they didn't know how long it would take to repair because they needed to identify the leak first, but they told me that I'd get a call to provide a time frame. Now, I chose this dealership because I work in Glendale and felt it would be convenient. Boy, was I mistaken! The only good experience I had was the Lyft ride they provided me free of charge which got me to work on time. It was now noon and still no call from anyone, so I contacted the service department, but there was no answer. I assumed they were simply incredibly busy, so I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. That’s where I went wrong. I should have just gone there in person. I don't live in Glendale, so I was beginning to worry about how I was going to get home. I called again a couple of hours later and again no answer. I finally spoke to a receptionist, and she transferred me to a live person. Now it was almost 4:30 and the guy said that they had to keep my car and when I asked if I could have a loaner, he said they did not have any and that providing one would require a diagnosis, which baffled me even more. I had to call my husband to pick me up which took over an hour (due to traffic) and had to wait in the dark until he arrived which was very scary. We drove straight to the dealership knowing the service department would be closed but we had to speak to someone about our predicament. The director of the sales department came out and after hearing our story informed us that they were aware of multiple complaints within the service department. He added that he would bring up our case at an upcoming meeting. I asked if they could do anything for me as I had no way of getting to work the following day but all they could do was provide me the name, email address and phone number of the service and parts director. They recommended I send him a message immediately which I did but he did not respond. I figured it was late and gave him a pass. The next morning, I figured he would call me first thing in the morning, but by 10AM I still had not received a call or a reply to my email so I called. When he answered, he was very nonchalant, as though the predicament they put me in was no big deal. What angered me even more was that he had not read my email and I had to read it to him! After reading it, he was extremely defensive and never apologized to me for the ordeal. On the contrary, he was a complete jerk to me and raised his voice when I told him that I wanted to go pick up my car. He even had the nerve to say that he did not understand why I was so upset as the service department had told me they would be keeping my car for a few days which was a complete lie. He told me that I couldn't pick up my car because they had dismantled portions of it and that I'd have to wait another day. At that point, I was beyond upset and had to phone my husband at work who called Mr. Pinta and demanded that they have my car ready for me to take it somewhere else. I asked a male coworker to take me and when Mr. Pina saw that I was there with a male, he was calm like a lamb, talked to me with the sweetest voice, like nothing ever happened. Was it because I was there with a man? Regardless of the rationale, it was simply inexcusable. I took my car and immediately drove it to Rydell in Northridge where I purchased the car originally. Rydell is top notch, the experience was completely different, night and day. They provided me with a loaner right away and kept me updated for the two days they had it. I will never return to Allen Gwynn, nor would I recommend it to anyone. More
