Taking my truck to this dealer was a huge mistake. I made an appointment to drop my truck off on Tuesday, they didn’t start working on it until the following Monday. I had a difficult time getting aho I made an appointment to drop my truck off on Tuesday, they didn’t start working on it until the following Monday. I had a difficult time getting ahold of the service writer. I had to drive to the dealership to get information on my truck. No one at the dealership seemed to care about customer service. They didn’t care about my truck sitting there for a week before starting to work on it or having to spend money on a rental car. More
