The service manager, Patrick Moradian, said he would order the parts and fix it as a courtesy because of the inconvenience they had caused me by the long service visit but he never responded to my texts or messages nor ever called me back to set up an appt to fix it as well as the cabin filters which they forgot to change at the time of service. I will NEVER take my truck there again. I rather drive further away for better reliable service. You couldn't pay me enough to go back there. More
