I took my 2024 truck in to have the navigation system checked. The tech said there was nothing wrong with it. I explained that you could not ask to go to "xyz" and the reply is always is "pardon me" or checked. The tech said there was nothing wrong with it. They suggested downloading the maps to a thumb drive, which I did and installed the "update" which was a mistake. It erased most of my addresses and now it will not go anywhere even giving the address. I took it to another dealer and the wright up guy set everything to work off my phone using google. At least I can get directions through my phone but not through the Tom Tom system, which I like. This problem started before I purchased the truck. I just want it fixed. More

I was not pleased at all. I took it in Friday and asked them to test my etorque to see if it was bad. Came back and said my main battery was bad then said it wouldn’t start. Went to pick it up Saturday and it was in the run position and of course would not start. Once we checked it out they proceeded to tell us they believed my starter was bad and swore my truck was not doing that the day before. Which I knew better because it was doing it to me. We ended up having it towed home so we could fix it elsewhere. We will never take it back to them. I’ll just drive farther to a different dodge dealer for now on.
