I've had a clutch assembly replaced. A replacement engine has also been placed in a car I purchased at the end of January. They gave me back the car with a ticking engine. And told me they knew it was ticking they wanted to me put some normal driving miles on it to see how it reacted. After fixing the replacement engine , my check engine light came one now apparently my thermostat housing system is bad. So most recently this service center checked the code for the check engine light. Service told me I just needed a new thermostat. I was told LATER that it need a compete new housing system for the thermostat. I brought my car in at 8 am , two days after they said they would have my part. When I dropped off my car I was told it wouldn't be ready until last Friday evening maybe even Saturday morning. I insisted I need my car back Friday and that fixing a thermostat shouldn't take all day but I would have to pick it up at close of business. Around 5 I had not heard from anyone so I called. I was told the that my car still had Not been touched and no one would get to it til Tuesday morning at the earliest. I requested to talk to the service manager. Apparently they don't have one right now so I was directed to a busy GM. Once I finally got the GM on the phone he assured met vehicle would be done Saturday morning. Saturday after noon I called again to check on it to be told again it wouldn't be looked at until Tuesday. Absolutely absurd. Not toe mention the ticking engine they gave me back the time before this. Or the faulty cooling system which caused my engine to blow before that. I was in the service center three days in a row because of an oil light that was on. I was told nothing was wrong and sent on my way. My engine blew with my young son in the car. I have NO faith in this service center Although I have been told Steve xxxxx no longer works there he too was part of the problem. The only diamonds in that dealership are Danica Lindsey and another lady who I can't recall her name she anwsrs phones from time to time as a backup receptionist. Those ladies are wonderful and professional. My entire experience has been a bad one from the second day I had my vehicle and the clutch was no good. I was sold an unsafe vehicle and even after being in this service center on multiple occasion it has never been up to par for a safe car. Thank you Allen Samuels for reminding me con artist exist. Reminding me that some people are only out for themselves. We are not friends Allen Samuels and we never will be. And if I have it my way none of my friends or their friends will be your friends. The service dept was great and kept me informed during two services I had done. They were very friendly and helpful.
