Service representative Chuck was great, it goes down hill from there. The service manager doesn't look like knowing what is going on . They keep my truck for days without even working on it. I had drop it there 4 times over 1 1/2 month .A simple state inspection could not be done, I had to go somewhere else for that and somewhere else to finish the work that they could not get done either.
