My truck is still having the issues it was taken in for over a month ago. The lack of communication, follow-up, and attention to detail is something that this service department didn't lack in the past. T over a month ago. There are two other CDJR dealerships closer to my than the Aransas Pass location. I went there in the past due to quality of work and I am having doubts about that know. More

The service was good but I was a little disappointed with the timing. I scheduled online for 8am and expected to be done in less than 90 minutes, but was told that there were 4 ahead of me and that it may ta the timing. I scheduled online for 8am and expected to be done in less than 90 minutes, but was told that there were 4 ahead of me and that it may take more than 2 hours. Since the weather was bad this caused a minimal disruption of my day. More
