Took my truck in and sadly got it back worse off than when they got it. Lack of info from them, the cause. They rendered all my tire sensors useless because of one, but failed to inform me this would ha when they got it. Lack of info from them, the cause. Great Experience First car purchase since 2002 and have always hated the process. This time we dealt with Trent Jones at Allen Tillery Chevrolet. The process was simp First car purchase since 2002 and have always hated the process. This time we dealt with Trent Jones at Allen Tillery Chevrolet. The process was simple, he listened to our needs and to our requirement and went to work finding exactly what we needed. We came in thinking that for the payment we could afford we would have to buy a used vehicle but Trent found a step up from that. He found us a Chevy Traverse that had been used as a courtesy car that had only 2000 miles on it. The deal was a good one as it was marked down for that reason. By that afternoon we were driving home in our Traverse. This vehicle is primarily going to be driven by my wife for her everyday running around and she says, I LOVE THIS CAR. Outstanding Advice and Help Arrived back home after extended vacation to find a "dead" Traverse in garage. Tried everything I could think of without success. Called Eric in Ser Arrived back home after extended vacation to find a "dead" Traverse in garage. Tried everything I could think of without success. Called Eric in Service Dep't and he provided professional advice and suggestions for solution to the problem. I took his suggestion to let dealer come out and tow auto into their place to correct problem and to also take care of "recall" on auto. Technician Mike came out and was extremely professional in the way he loaded auto and just left me with a "good feeling". Picked up auto after 1:30 pm and I knew they would keep all weekend. To my surprise, two hours later, I received call that car problem was corrected and "recall" taken care of and was ready for pickup. I did and everything was perfect. Thanks to Eric and Mike and to the dealership for excellent service. I will highly recommend to anyone. More
