I have purchased many vehicles over the years, but recently purchased a 2019 Genesis G80. For the first time since buying my Genesis, I brought it to Allen Turner Genesis for service. I want to express my thanks to your Service Dept.; specifically with regards to your employee, Morgan Raine. She is without question the most efficient and friendliest Service representative that I have ever encountered. She made me feel as though I was not just another customer. She kept me informed of the service progress on my car, and when it was ready, she took me to it (it was washed!), and genuinely bid me a good day.
