This is the second Hyundai that I have purchased from Allen Turner. I have had the privilege of working with Frank Trommelen on both cars. I absolutely do not recommend anyone or other service members to visit this Hyundai or if you do, do not have Carl as your sales associate. Because of the low inventory in vehicles I put a $500 deposi members to visit this Hyundai or if you do, do not have Carl as your sales associate. Because of the low inventory in vehicles I put a $500 deposit down for a vehicle to have the first right to buy it. It was estimated to take a few months to come in from the manufacturer but because they didn’t have any of these vehicles on the lot I couldn’t test drive one before it came in. The vehicle ended up getting delivered two weeks early and unfortunately my husband was visiting and we had plans to leave that weekend on a mini vacation. But, I was told by Carl that I only had 72 hours to come see the vehicle. We ended up making some time to go see it quickly before we left and that’s where Carl told me I had to purchase it that day or it was going to the next person. If that’s not horrible customer service and manipulation into pressuring someone to buy a vehicle, I don’t know what is. I wasn’t prepared to buy a vehicle two weeks early, let alone at that moment especially after only test driving it for a little bit. Because I felt so pressured I ended up buying the car to only hate not even 24 hours later and still do to this day. Please do not purchase from Carl or this dealership if you can. The worst customer service I ever experienced. You would think if you’re buying a $35K vehicle from them that they would actually treat you like a human and not another sale. To also add, here a few other things that happened: - tried giving me a high APR and saying there was nothing he could do when he knew I was military and actually qualified for a 2.2% at another lender they partnered with - pre-drafted all the paperwork before I got there saying I couldn’t negotiate price apr ask for any add ons - got into a verbal and loud argument with my husband over this matter, very unprofessional Overall, probably the worst experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. I am not trading in this Tucson for another car at a different dealership. I don’t normally write reviews and I was not going to say anything, but every time I tell someone about this experience they say I need to make sure others know. Zero out of five stars. More
