This was the first time in my life making a purchase from a dealership. Troy made it easy and didn't act like I was paying check per say. . I felt comfortable and not rushed. Lorie was exceptional; she went above and beyond to help me, and made sure I was given a fair deal for both my new car and my trade in. As someone who has bought a few cars, she was easily the best salesper me, and made sure I was given a fair deal for both my new car and my trade in. As someone who has bought a few cars, she was easily the best salesperson I have ever worked with. Lexi in finance is also worth mentioning, she was fast with the paperwork, but still thorough enough and was more than willing to answer any questions I had. I had an outstanding overall experience; it was professional, efficient, friendly, and most importantly, I never got the impression that they were trying to squeeze money out of me, or lowball me on my trade in either. 11/10 experience.
