Basel made my first vehicle buying experience fun and informative. He is friendly, down-to-earth, professional, and knowledgeable with the Hyundai vehicles. He did not throw around any fancy lingo with informative. He is friendly, down-to-earth, professional, and knowledgeable with the Hyundai vehicles. I think it is important for dealers to know their cars well and he definitely exemplifies this much-needed quality.
