Terrible experience. Never in my life, buying 8 new cars at dealerships have I had the issue I had at Allen Turner Hyundai. After 2 hours of negotiating and working towards our final deal, we were informed at dealerships have I had the issue I had at Allen Turner Hyundai. After 2 hours of negotiating and working towards our final deal, we were informed that the vehicle we were negotiating on was not the vehicle that we test drove and had the physical keys sitting on the desk. The correct vehicle retailed for about $600 more than the "wrong" vehicle we had been negotiating (same model, trim level, but with a premium paint color and $200 other accessories). They were indignant about the "mistake" claiming everyone makes mistakes and I should understand. I understand mistakes happen, but I should not have paid for their mistake, after hours of dealing with what we thought was the correct car. The car they were trying to sell us during the negotiations had already been sold earlier that day. After hours of running the numbers in my head and strategizing on the negotiating I was not in the mood to start the whole process over again and spend more hours wasted. What was infuriating was there lack of concern that they had just wasted hours of my time because they had another buyer waiting to buy the car. When we first sat down to negotiate, another salesman came over to the table and asked if they could take the keys because someone else wanted to look at the vehicle we were in the process of purchasing. Then about an hour and a half into the negotiations, we asked for privacy and the salesman came back a few minutes later and informed us that someone was waiting to buy the vehicle if we didn't and for us to speed up our decision. This whole experience was very disappointing with borderline intimidation and the final "wrong car mistake". I am questioning if all these are tactics they used to sell cars to everyone. More

Great experience at Allen Turner Hyundai! Frank our salesman was kind, understanding, and helpful. He took the time to explain all of our leasing options, and helped us decide on the Kona.
