Great Experience; for the third time Hello Mr. Turner, You may not remember me, but some years back, while Shahid was showing me an Elantra to be used as a commuter vehicle. You approached us and spent 25 or so minutes talking with me. That impressed me considerably; you were the first dealership owner to speak to me in all the years I have been buying vehicles. I live in Gulf Shores, but I was working in Louisiana at the time. It was a 390 mile round trip every week. My Elantra was a gas miser; I was getting constant 37-42 mpg. Loved my car and the efforts of Shahid on my behalf. A couple years later I was in service to get the oil changed. I believe Rob Gowin was the salesman who approached me in the service lounge and asked if I was the one with a 2012 Elantra. He explained he could get me in a new Elantra not too much more than I was currently paying. I was skeptical, but I figured I would call his buff. Shahid had moved to finance at this time so I went and asked him about what Rob had said. He said he could get the numbers pretty close and suggested I go look for a new car I liked. He also suggested I look at the Santa Fe. I went and picked a nice looking Elantra Limited. Well, the numbers worked out fine and I brought my second car from your dealership. Last Friday at around 2pm I called my friend Shahid and asked him about any used Santa Fes', and asked if we could get a deal completed before 7pm. He told me to come on over. When we arrived, my wife and I, Luke Webb met us and explained Shahid had asked him to meet us. We ended up purchasing a new 7 passenger Santa Fe, which was the third vehicle we have purchased from your dealership. Every experience we have had purchasing vehicles has been outstanding.
