Boy, we couldn't have been more wrong! From the moment we stepped out onto the lot, we were warmly welcomed & genuinely treated like friends. No pressure to buy, answered all my questions--very knowledgeable and treated both me & my husband equally. Brad was sincere, direct and easy to work with. We never felt rushed, and he was the model of good customer service. After agreeing to a fair deal, Shadhid made the financial part that we were dreading a snap. He explained all the ins & outs & took his time to make sure we were understanding all our options before choosing. Once we finished our transactions, I called both co-workers to thank them for pointing us in their direction. Love our car, love our deal, and loved dealing with Brad & Shahid!
