I especially like the laid back and family friendly atmosphere. There was absolutely no pressure to buy, a first time experience for us! I visited several times by myself and was treated with upmost respect by Glen and everyone I came in contact with. I was impressed with the amenities provided for each customer; comfortable waiting areas, snacks, drinks, etc. When it came to the paperwork, Shahid Manzoor was excellent and professional, explaining in detail all the items we were signing. He gave us the opportunity to purchase additional warranties, with no pressure to do so and gave us time to consider if we wanted this service or not without rushing us. Glen was always available to me by phone or text whenever I had a question. As we were finishing up the paper work, Shahid said something very profound, to me anyway. He said something to the effect "We are not here to sell you a car. We want you to come in and buy one from us." To Glen, Shahid and Rob, thanks so much for making our car buying experience a wonderful one with pleasant memories. We will certainly recommend Allen Turner Hyundai to friends and this company would be our first choice if we were ever in need of another vehicle. More
