Additionally, all the sales staff I've worked with over the years are great (Basel Muraisi- 2014 Elantra SE and 2015 Veloster; Troy Cox - daughter's 2018 Accent; and David Purdon - wife's 2019 Kona SEL) all are knowledgeable about the Hyundai brand overall and the specific models I am interested in. Awesome Service When I Was in Distress On Wednesday night after work I got in my vehicle and it would only make a clicking noise. A fellow co-worker Jeanine went to the Service Department and returned with a service tech that jumped my vehicle off. I then went to the Service Department and spoke to Jamie and told her I needed a battery and I needed to be at church at 6:30. I also spoke to Barry the Service Manager and he proceeded to help me and Jamie immediately went above and beyond to help me get a battery put in my vehicle. Jamie had me go to the parts department where Kay the Parts Manager went above and beyond to help me with the purchase of a battery, A big Thank You to you all that helped me in my time of need so I could be on my way and make it to church on time. Provided the great service I've come to expect Since 2006, I have purchase 9 Hyundai's from Allen Turner for my family and me. The Sales staff is incredible, and the service after the sale is the best I've ever experienced. Though I don't have to use the service department very often, I received a recall on my 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport in late June and (separately from the recall) thought I had an issue with my automatic tailgate. I easily made an appointment over the phone, and brought it in a few days later (June 27). When I arrived, I visited my previous sales persons, Frank Trommelen, who promptly took care of my perceived tailgate issue in less than two minutes--no write-up needed. Then, Melanie Cuellar took care of my arrival and explained in great detail what the recall was about and why it was in my best interest to take care of the issue. She also took the time to give me a tour of the new Allen Turner service facility, and it was quite impressive. Melanie explained each station and why it was improved from their prior location. This was very important, as I believe the quality of a dealer's service department is a critical factor in purchasing a vehicle. I have worked with Melanie before (on my last visit over a year ago for an oil change) and she is incredible about liaising between the awesome mechanics at Allen Turner and his customers. Melanie's ambassador skills are impeccable. I was in and out of the service department successfully within an hour, and in between, she still took the time to provide regular updates on the cars progress in maintenance. Thank you Allen Turner for employing such talented staff! More
