They'll take you in circles to get your money. Took my car in because the RPMs were going up and down when sitting still at lights and such as well as jerking. They call me to come in so they could discuss a price quote and what they thought was wrong with the car. We waited almost an hour when we got there at the scheduled appointment time just to see the guy who gave us the price quote and explained the process of what they were going to do to fix the car. Now you would think a Hyundai dealer would know for sure what the problem was with a Hyundai and fix it right? They made a guess at what the problem was and we ended up paying about $1,250 when we picked the car up. Got a call a few days later and they claimed they didn't charge the correct amount and needed another$86 for something else they forgot to include when we first picked up the car. Less than a month after we got the car back, the car was doing the same thing except this time there was actually a check engine light on. I took the car back and they quoted me $595 for coils this time. Husband got a better quote from a different mechanic so we had to pay their $115 for diagnostic testing which all they did was plug the car in and let the machine tell them what was wrong. Don't waste your money at this place. They'll break your bank account going here. My car should've been running like it was brand new for the price they originally charged. I just need my car fixed so it's reliable enough so that I don't worry about if it's going to break down at a stop light or choose not to start one morning when I'm on my way to work and they couldn't do that for me. More

After greeting me immediately on my arrival, he was remarkably friendly and informative about the process. The service was completed quickly after which Bryan reviewed everything with me regarding the service and inspection of the vehicle. I was impressed that I was not given a long list of other things "that needed to be fixed" on the vehicle, as we have often experienced at other local dealerships looking to make an extra buck. We are most appreciative for the outstanding service provided, and we will continue to return to this location for our vehicle service needs. More

Had "free" oil change done less than two months ago back today for oil change and tire rotation and now that it just went over 12,000 miles I need a wheel alignment???? Right, a lot of highway miles no rough riding no pulling of vehicle but now I need this alignment...no worries if all you wanted was more money out of me you can have the little 80 bucks, it was wirth it knowing that I need to find another service department thats not just trying to make a quick buck. More
