I have worked with Jason since 2005 while he was at Sandy Sansing. He has always been very detailed in checking the notes, thoughtful in his tasks, and always tries to get me the best deal out there. I feel like an appreciated customer given valued services. He consistently makes sure the tasks that I ask are completed, and done properly in an efficient manner. (I can't say the same about other service consultants in the area.) This makes me confident I am going to the most knowledgeable and efficient place to get my Hyundai Sonata serviced. Although service competitors may be cheaper, the inconvenience of having to take time off of work/family to sit and have my car serviced is worth the extra money of going to Allen Turner and be given a loaner to go about my day. As a single, working full-time mom that gets 1 hour lunch breaks to deal with this maintenance, I believe Allen Turner provides the service that can adapt to my lifestyle and schedule. I recently had to take my Genesis in for its regular maintenance, oil change and, tire rotation. I was having problems removing tree sap that had landed all over the hood of my car so I casually asked i maintenance, oil change and, tire rotation. I was having problems removing tree sap that had landed all over the hood of my car so I casually asked if there was anything I could use to take it off with. Roger, our salesman, took over from there. They needed to keep my car for a couple of hours so that their detail crew could work on it, it took a little longer because it was so bad. Roger made sure we had a loaner vehicle to drive and kept us informed as to what was going on. They also put a protective clear coat on for me...all at NO charge!! They took my problem and made it theirs, corrected it and made me one happy girl! From the first time we set foot in their dealership we have been treated with courteousy and respect. There was never any pressure or hard sales pitch but, I must say, one test drive in the Hyundai Genesis and we were sold, I knew that was my new car. I have had such bad experiences at other car dealerships I had come to expect it, not so at Allen Turner. I highly recommend the Genesis for anyone looking for a new vehicle, go to Allen Turner and you won't be dissappointed. The service and people there are number one in my book! More

I PURCHASED A NEW GENISIS IN FEB 2013 . PLANNED A VACATION TO START 7 MAY PACKED THE CAR TO DEPART EARLY AM. DECIDED TO CHECK UNDER THE HOOD PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. IN ACCORDANCE WITH INSTRUCTIONS IN MA VACATION TO START 7 MAY PACKED THE CAR TO DEPART EARLY AM. DECIDED TO CHECK UNDER THE HOOD PRIOR TO DEPARTURE. IN ACCORDANCE WITH INSTRUCTIONS IN MANUAL FOR CHECKING OIL QUANTITY FOUND ONLY A TRACE OF OIL ON THE DIP STICK. HAD NO ENGINE CHECK LIGHT OR ANY OTHER INDICATION OF A PROBLEM WITH OIL. TOOK VEHICLE IMMEDIATELY TO DEALER. WAS TAKEN IN IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL, PROBLEM VERIFIED. TECHNINCIAN FOUND OIL FILTER HOUSING CRACKED. NO PART AVAILABLE UNTIL FOLLOWING DAY. SINCE WE HAD HOTEL RESERVATIONS AS WE WERE BEGINNING OUR VACATION, SERVICE MANAGER AND SALESMAN WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE US A CAR FOR US TO USE ON OUR VACATION. THEY DID EVERYTHING POSSIBLE TO GET US MOVED TO THE LOANER AND ON THE ROAD IN THE SHORTEST TIME FRAME. COULDN'T ASK FOR BETTER STAFF TO WORK WITH AND WERE ABLE TO COMPLETE OUR VACATION AS PLANNED. After suffering for 6 hours on Friday, 19 April, trying to get Eastern Shore Hyundai, of which I have been a big fan of since 2010....I had to try Alan Turner. SO GLAD I DID. I have 8K miles on my 13 Santa to get Eastern Shore Hyundai, of which I have been a big fan of since 2010....I had to try Alan Turner. SO GLAD I DID. I have 8K miles on my 13 Santa Fe Sport, leased at ES in Oct last year. Thurs. a warning light popped up on the dash showing a problem with the emission system...the little engine figure. Long story short...I have dumped ES for AT. The service writer, walk around gal, mechanics (2), even a sales guy...even the cashier were perfect. I am 70...been buying new vehicles for 50 years. Never had a better experience at any dealership, anywhere in the country. ES has lost more than they will ever know. AT for president......his crew took care of me and mine, and he didn't/doesn't even know anything about it. Will tell him in person my next visit if he is on the lot/service area. Jack Sprague PS...I should add...my attempts to get my problem fixed included visits to both ES and AT webb sites, phone calls, one call even to an ex ES VIP customer service person now located at a different dealership. That effort failed as well. More

I had my car in for routine service this morning. I knew I would be waiting a while and didn't mind at all. Then I received a call and ended up with a family medical issue. He sped up the maintenance process and even offered me a rental if I wanted to leave immediately! He was kind and compassionate and made my scary and stressful experience much better!!!
