Cash Austin was an amazing salesperson. He was personable, kind, and fair. I was buying from another state, which made things a bit more complicated but we were still able to make a deal th He was personable, kind, and fair. There was a bit of a miscommunication with the manager in regards to payment which resulted in the initial vehicle being sold to someone else, which I felt could have been avoided. However, Cash went out of his way to right this wrong, which was much appreciated. There also was some miscommunication with the registration, which could be chalked down complications related to buying out of state. There was also a minor issue with how the car was left for pick-up. Per my transporter's comments, he arrived after closing time and the car was left outside with the keys in it (which was a risky move) and got pretty dirty with what looked like 2 small scratches on it. Not sure if this was just a miscommunication between the dealership and transporter or an oversight. So, all in all, I believe communication between departments and between 3rd parties could be improved but there is a great team in place and I am happy with my purchase thus far More

The two other issues were there was only one key fob returned by the lessee and the spare tire had been removed and not returned either. A second key fob was supplied at delivery, as promised, but it took a week for the spare tire to be returned. Not a major problem since everything was as promised by Mr. Finley. I will definitely consider visiting Allen Turner Toyota again. JS More
