Captain "The service department's staff are rude, a simple request..." The service department's staff are rude, a simple request to verify their work before signing the completion form. They get upset and will not listen to what you have to the request. DON'T GO THEIR. Spend your time and money elsewhere. I have only gone back for recall work and I won't have any other service done. This is what upsets them, they can't get any other money out of me. WORSE SERVICE EVER!!!!
