To whom it may concern. It's not typical to say this about a dealership, but it didn't feel like a dealership. I worked with Brian Joyce & crew. First thing I noticed is they love the owner there. his name must be Dick, as that's what they all kept calling him. He must be one heck of guy! They have a sign outside their offices that reads, "No Bull". Have to say I didn't smell any bull or stop in any bull. I can appreciate a place that takes their bull serious. Look, I hate buying vehicles & I usually end up walking out 30 mins after a test drive. The waiting game, the back and forth, the water, the smell of rubber from the new vehicles inside, c'mon, you know what I'm talking about. This was different, other than the smell and water. However I began to wonder if Brian J was putting on a special cologne manufactured by Goodyear. It served him well as he was a handsome chap, 6'2" of raw man who demanded respect. Serious though, there are few places where I've had a nice smooth no xx experience. This was one of em. I'll be back in the future, I have to because I received free oil changes.
