My experience was not great. My 2021 ford hybrid escape has three warnings. I am temporarily in the area. I was told that I could get an appointment about 10 days out. Then I was told that my car would not be looked at then that it would be kept a week or so. When I questioned that she told me that their appointments were not really appointments. ??? What kind of service dept is this. I travel and deal with ford dealers in many locations. Lowest rating in Texas and Colorado. More
