I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. When I got in my car to leave, the tire pressure light was on. I pointed it out to the service advisor. He first said oh they didn’t reset the tire pressure. Then he said no you have bad sensors. He didn’t offer to check it. I left and took it to Costco. They fixed it at no charge. I have an appointment with them to get new tires. Alpine lost additional business. I need to buy a new car and give my old car to my daughter. I need trust the place I purchase from. I don’t have trust at this point. I’ve been a customer for a long time. We have purchased two new cars from Alpine. I’m reluctant to bring more business there. More

Service appointment went well, but a little longer than expected. I was told the service dept. did a full check on the vehicle, and the tech mentiond 2 other possible repairs on the vehicle which was fine expected. I didn't ask for that though, and if that was the reason for the delay I would say "Make sure your customer doesn't have somewhere else to be before adding unrequested services that lengthen the appointment time."
