Mishael and Sergio are outstanding! It was so nice to find these two gentleman willing to work with me and go over and above when I had a issue with my new used vehicle. They want you to sign a deal agreement for the price of the vehicle, but back-out on their side of the agreement once you spend hours in the dealership. Sales mgr is profit oriented instead of customer ori the vehicle, but back-out on their side of the agreement once you spend hours in the dealership.
