Dealer raised the price of a vehicle by $2000 from the morning when I called to when I came in. When I asked why, they said “that’s just how it is.” That is extremely disrespectful to anyone with more tha morning when I called to when I came in. They also only issued me a loaner/dealer plate for 1 day, which meant I had to spend and extra 4 hours driving back and forth after work to get new loaner plates while waiting for some paperwork from the DMV. This would have been easily avoidable and cost them nothing to have given me loaner plates for a couple of days. They also lost my garage door opener, but then said it wasn’t a big deal because I can just buy a new one. In general, they treated me like I was stupid the whole time. I still haven’t received my title complete notice, which means I need to make another trip to the DMV instead of being able to do everything online. Overall, I would hope to never buy another vehicle from them again. More
