Brought my car in on 8/20 for a check engine light. Dylan Bossman told me Friday or Monday at the latest. Ok no problem. Monday evening rolls around, they don’t call so I do just to be told they haven’t even looked at my car. ??????? Tuesday evening rolls around, once again no call so I call them (again…) just to be told the tech called off so they’ll try to get someone to look at it tomorrow (Wednesday) ??. Wednesday comes and no call so I call them (starting to feel like a stalker ex girlfriend at this point) and the computer needs to be replaced. Quoted $2545.66 ??, I offer to pay by phone they decline and say I can come in tomorrow and pay it. Thursday I leave work early and drive two hours to pay for the computer and the date for the computer to be delivered is now two days later than what they originally told me. Side note I expected this and that’s why I wanted to pay over the phone but it’s fine… Fast forward to 9/1 and I get a call that the computer is in and I make arrangements to again leave work early to drop my car off on 9/2. Drop the car off and I get told it “takes about 3 hours to program and you will absolutely have your car back on Friday 9/3.” Friday at 1 pm rolls around no call so I call them and they don’t have an answer. They don’t have an answer at 2 or 3 either. (Definitely feeling like a stalker ex girlfriend at this point) Get a call More
