Excellent customer service beginning from service response to complete repair. After calling the service center to request an appointment for my Ford Escape Hybrid that would not start, I was expecti response to complete repair. After calling the service center to request an appointment for my Ford Escape Hybrid that would not start, I was expecting to have to wait hours for callback. In less than an hour I received a call from Jeromy who listened to my concerns and minimized my anxiety. He assured me he could send a technician out to my home, investigate the problem and probably would be able to fix it onsite. Within an hour I received a call from the technician parked outside my home to alert he was there. James was reassuring and most polite as I asked questions. He explained the issue clearly and made the repair fairly quickly. The problem was resolved and all I had to do was wait for the invoice to process and I could make payment. Jeromy set the tone of assurance from the start and the excellent service was from the start of that phone call until the service repair. And I didn't have to leave my home! I didn't have to have my car towed, didn't have to contact my roadside service. Most of all. I had confidence in Alpine Ford Service from the start with Jeromy's professionalism and James' expertise.
