We live in Fountain and were in the market for a Lincoln MKZ and were ready to make a down payment and drive one home. We were more than happy to take our business elsewhere and ended up at Spradley Lincoln in Pueblo. After speaking with Jay'son Seivert and telling him the situation he was very professional and was more than willing to stand back and let us look and make a decision after opening the model of vehicle we wanted to see. After the test drive he even took our children and entertained them while we talked and made the decision to buy. Jay'son was also very knowledgeable about the Lincoln MKZ which was very helpful in helping us make our decision to buy. We would also like to thank the finance manager, John who went out of his way to get us a great rate on that following Monday after we visited. I rated this dealership so high, because this is where my parents have bought numerous cars and the people are always so great and always looking for a great way to better their customers. When I first arrived Cameron came out and he was on the ball ready to get me in an affordable car that was very good on gas, great ratings, and something that I could see myself in. After Cameron was looking around with me Daniel came out and was talking to my parents. After Cameron showed me a LaCrosse -I did not like- Daniel asked me what I was looking for. Then Cameron found my 2009 Ford Focus. Right then I fell in love and Cameron and Daniel both helped me get started to sign my papers. These two guys were absolutely amazing. I have recommended numerous people to the both of them. The finance department made sure I had a good interest rate -thanks to my Dad signing as well- and all of the guys there in Spradley made sure we were comfortable. I haven't had any problems with the car I bought and if I have questions I know that I can rely on Daniel and Cameron to answer them for me or find out the answers. I was in there the other day to get my oil changed and Daniel came out and made sure that he sat and talked with me to help pass time and asked how things were going. I know that I will never go any place else, exept to Spradley in Pueblo. I am very satisfied with all of the people I worked with and the car that I have bought. This is a top notch place that always has a "homey" feeling and its a great atmosphere to be in, whether its buying a car, an oil change, or just stopping by to see if there is another car that I should have bought. Daniel and Cameron both made sure they fit my car payment into my budget, got me the amount of months to pay my car off, and they made sure I was well taken care of. Daniel and Cameron are my guys at Spradley and I am constantly bragging about how good of a job they did and still do for me.
