Their service department did well for my 2002 F150, when it came time to replace my Ford F150 10 years later I decided to go to them. The worst experience my wife and I have ever had at any dealership. How they are still in business is beyond me, I could write for an hour on what hapend to us so but I'm not going too....at least for now. dealership. My husband and I purchased a vehicle from this dealer in May. Our first experience with the dealer was OK. Three months after the purchase we decided to go with a different car and trade the original vehicl May. Our first experience with the dealer was OK. Three months after the purchase we decided to go with a different car and trade the original vehicle to another dealer. We purchased a warranty through the company that was for a substantial amount. After trading the vehicle we were informed by finance at the other dealer it was refundable at a prorated amount. When we contacted the dealer regarding a refund they refused to comply with the contract that we signed and hung up on my husband. We then went down to the dealership where we spoke with every manager who claimed a refund could not be made. After leaving the dealership we contacted the Lender who then told us that under contract with this dealer they are bound to refund warranties at any time for any reason. We would not recommend this dealer to anyone for any reason! More
