When my husband and I first started shopping for a vehicle for me, I had no idea what I really wanted. I loved the amenities in the Focus, but the speed of the mustang. When I finally decided what I wanted, they did not have the EXACT car on the lot so Cody and his manager shopped around until they found the only one in the state and arranged to have it delivered. The car and the price it came to far exceeded my expectations. When I spoke with Jed, in finance, we were given a few options, one with an interest rate way too high and the other with a creditor we don't like working with. So Jed agreed to keep looking for us and not only did he find us a different creditor but a lower interest rate. When the car was delivered, Jason came out and sat with me and helped me sync my phone and went over many of the features in the car and how to operate them. My son went in to look at the truck we purchased on Saturday March 28th. He was not assisted upon walking into the door and then when someone finally decided to help he did not know much about the truc Saturday March 28th. She said she would get someone to help right away and she did get someone within minutes. His name was Anthony Vigil. He was very pleasant and seemed to know what was going on and was very willing to assist. Right from the moment we walked in together we were very satisfied with the service! Everyone we were introduced to was very friendly and seemed to enjoy their job. The Manager Pete Severson was great at presenting the offer and Finance Marc Richard was so helpful as well. All of the staff were very helpful and patient. We were in a tough situation with our financing, and they found a deal that would work for us. Anthony was very personable and fun, as well as professional. He even took us to run our errands on a test drive. Overall, this dealership treated us like family instead of another quick sale. They were willing to take the time to get us into the best possible situation rather than just fitting us in wherever it would work. Many other dealerships in the past just made the deal work however they could.
