I gave this company and these two individuals outstanding marks because I have been to many dealerships and to most you are just a number. I came to Spradleys after exhausting all of my local dealers. The people at Spradleys immediately made me feel welcome and comfortable at no point did they get pushy. I purchased my first car with them in 2008. Any time I had any issues whatsoever the Spradley team was quick to fix it or make it right. I have had nothing but positive experiences with these people. So when I decided to trade my car to something a little more family suitable, I immediately thought of Spradleys. I got online and checked out models I like and wanted to see. I called, explained which vehicals we wanted to see and said we'd be there in an hour. When we got there I was immediately met by the girl I spoke with on the phone (can't think of her name but she was a doll). She set me up with the lovely Ms. Tara Spradley. She already had the vehicals we selected online, pulled up to the front ready for us to drive. Once we decided what we wanted Tara did everything she could to make sure we left with that car. During the closing process a gentleman named Eric Griego was brought in to help. He was an absolute pleasure and helped insure everything was a smooth process. Andrew? I believe was the gentleman that had me sign the final papers, was also very nice and a Huge help in making sure I could get coverage that didn't kill my budget! Sales Person Paul Gomez provided excellent customer service starting from greeting us as potential customers all the way to finalizing the purchase of a new 2014 KIA Forte. At no point did he ignore anything we wanted and worked with us on any request we had. With the help of his Sales Manager Kenneth he was not only able to get us into a newer car, but also able to satisfy both parties - us the customers as well as the Dealership. We have bought several vehicles in the past through different Dealerships and always dreaded having to deal with pushy sales people, sales people ignoring our needs or wants only because they wanted to up sale, sales people not giving us space to discuss a possible purchase in privacy, sales people making statements or promises they could not support and thus wasting a lot of our time. Paul Gomez and his Sales Manager were not only professional and factual, but truly a pleasure to work with.
