After providing a good review, I learned I was lied to by multiple people at the dealership. I paid cash and now have a hard inquiry on my credit, when assured verbally and in writing it would not impact me. They will not correct their mistake and now is a negative impact to me. There seems to be a lack of alignment internally on process and policy. As a customer, this reflects poorly on the dealers management.
