Faced with an emergency, my wife and I received exceptional service from Bob Bertnick and the service department at Amato Nissan. While driving home on I-43 North, after picking up our dogs at our exceptional service from Bob Bertnick and the service department at Amato Nissan. While driving home on I-43 North, after picking up our dogs at our vet. a piece of debris on the road shredded our car's left front tire. Exiting at Hampton Avenue, the nearest car service department was Amato Nissan. Even though we were driving a Subaru, Bob immediately came to our assistance. He had one of the service department's mechanics replace the shredded tire with the car's spare and provided us with the information needed to find a replacement tire with another dealer. We were impressed by and grateful for the professionalism and kindness displayed by Bob and the service department at Amato Nissan. More
