Went in for maintenance I gave a 4 star rating because history of my cars performance is logged on My Chevy. The hybrid engine has experienced 5-6 engine malfunctions involv I gave a 4 star rating because history of my cars performance is logged on My Chevy. The hybrid engine has experienced 5-6 engine malfunctions involving low and high battery voltage The first time it happened was after a blizzard with driving wind and snow, which leads me to believe problem could be wet wiring connector or component. Onstar notified me 2 of the times of 5 incidents. I have kept an eye on voltage readout. Between 12.5 to 15 volts which is supposed to be normal. Mpg is all over. I have achieved over 50 mpg driving fast for 25 mile avg, and under 40 mpg driving fast for 25 mile avg. Same results driving slow. It seems that the car will consistently get 41 mpg no matter how I drive it. My best 25 mile avg is 60.2 which was a mix of highway and city driving. Same route home, same combination of driving I got 36 mpg. More

Repair of Car after Snow Storm I had bought a car in April of 2017 - after the snowstorm this month my car was shaky all over the high way and I brought it right to the dealership. Service Dept - Extremely Helpful I went to Amesbury Chevrolet to have my car serviced for an oil change on March 22, 2017. While I was there, I inquired about any tire warranty as one I went to Amesbury Chevrolet to have my car serviced for an oil change on March 22, 2017. While I was there, I inquired about any tire warranty as one of my tires always seem to be leaking air. Joe Sederquist, the service manager said there wasn't any tire warranty on my car. I replied ok then, nevermind about the tire and we will just go ahead with the oil change. Joe said that they would look at it anyways as they don't want me to drive an unsafe car. Come to find out, I had a nail in my tire and they fixed it for free! While they were servicing my car, I noticed another customer with his dog waiting for their vehicle. Jaime the receptionist went and got a bowl of water for the dog as he appeared thirsty. After the gentleman left, I informed Jaime that it was very nice of her to do that and how it is nice to see random acts of kindness. She then chuckled and said sometimes she even has doggy biscuits at her desk for them. I am truly happy with the services I have had at Amesbury Chevrolet and will definitely be going back for my routine services and any future car purchases. More
Best Chevrolet Dealer Around. I have been very fortunate to have had my 2013 Chevy Cruze LTZ RS serviced at Amesbury Chevrolet on two occasions in the past 12 months. Although I pu I have been very fortunate to have had my 2013 Chevy Cruze LTZ RS serviced at Amesbury Chevrolet on two occasions in the past 12 months. Although I purchased the car at the "Shop Us Last" Chevy dealer the team at Amesbury Chevrolet has serviced the vehicle as if it was their own. The first time it was in for service it turned out the part would take a few days to be delivered (turbo failed) so they insisted that I come down an take a free loaner. The second time in for service the part was available (PCV Valve Cover) and it was repaired by 10:00 AM! The entire team, sales, reception and service get an A+ rating from me and have easily earned my loyalty so when I make my next purchase I will honor them with the sale. Kind regards, Gene More
Really bad and disrespectful service employee My Experience: We were treated disrespectfully on the phone and the employee even hung up the phone on us and told me "It is not our problem" with My Experience: We were treated disrespectfully on the phone and the employee even hung up the phone on us and told me "It is not our problem" with a new Chevy Traverse... We are extremelly disatisfied with the service and feel like the dealership failed in customer service. We formally complained to the manager at the dealership and with Chevy's headquarters. We have been turned off from our experience and will probably not buy or lease a Chevy in the future because of the extremely rude behavior of the employee. More
