We have advised you before to file the complaint with the transportation company as they are the ones we shipped your vehicle to before it reached you. Before sending any vehicle to any transportation company, we submit photos to our customers of the condition the car is in prior to sending it out. Of course, we would never send out a damaged vehicle, let alone a Porsche. I would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, but as we have mentioned before, we will not take responsibility for the damages the transportation company has made.
