I’d like to call out Anchor's Sales Manager, Mike Messina, who was easy going & top notch & Josh Ostrow, my salesman, who should get an award for dealing w/traumatized women who survive past dealings w/shady dealerships. He took extra care to be sensitive to my cynical reactions to his genuine sale pitches. What a patient man. Josh O. even gave me his personal booster seat so I wouldn’t sit so low in my driver’s seat when driving. I thought: “If he works this hard for a sale of an inexpensive, used car, imagine what he must do for the really expensive cars”. In fact, I believe that he approaches both ends of the car-price-spectrum w/the same care & integrity. You can be very proud of this salesman. It’s his transparency about the vehicle & Anchor’s top-to-bottom continuity of superior service that finally sold me. This type of attention to detail & service, particularly in the car industry, is so rare. Glad I finally found Anchor after 40 years (in the car-desert)! Amazing Service, Inventory, and Atmosphere! I came to Anchor Nissan, not knowing what I was even looking for, after my beaten VW GTI had blown up/ceased. I had done no research on my next vehicl I came to Anchor Nissan, not knowing what I was even looking for, after my beaten VW GTI had blown up/ceased. I had done no research on my next vehicle, but only knew features, and specifications/measurements I needed for my photography equipment. Eric Fera had helped me since DAY ONE and he was absolutely fantastic. He talked to me about my previous car, helped me scout the inventory for something in my price range that met my size needs, took me to show them all, and understand how every little thing works in each vehicle. I personally have dealt with quite a few car salesman thus far in my life, and Eric will remain the Golden Standard, he just really made me feel comfortable and never once even had an ounce of pushiness. He even called me a few days after I had the car to see how I liked it and if I had any additional questions. I didnt have any questions for him but I did however make sure that he knew that I was beyond grateful for his help, and professionalism, and that I would be sure to leave him some words in review that reflected his stellar attitude. (Charles Johnson) and Sales manager, (Mike Messina). we decided to work with Anchor and asked Mike if he would be able to see if he could lower the price in order to better fit our budget. After a few moments he presented us a price that was much closer. We decided to think about it overnight. The next day we asked if it was possible to do any better, and he did.
