Great experience! I had a great experience at Anchor Nissan. Brian, the owner, was really friendly and helpful, he introduced me to one of his sales consultants, Eric F I had a great experience at Anchor Nissan. Brian, the owner, was really friendly and helpful, he introduced me to one of his sales consultants, Eric Fera. Eric was awesome, he was so helpful and such a nice guy. He found the perfect fit for me! I'm now driving a car from them and I absolutely love it! I'd recommend anyone to go check out Anchor Nissan, great service and great cars! More
first time at anchor I was very pleased to see that anchor still works with customers on the price of a used vehicle, alot of dealers nowadays don't do it anymore,I purcha I was very pleased to see that anchor still works with customers on the price of a used vehicle, alot of dealers nowadays don't do it anymore,I purchased a 2004 jeep that I love and after 2 weeks it needed to be serviced under the warranty, and both problems were addressed and repaired under the warranty, I worked with stephanie at the service dept. who was very courteous and profesional, and took the time to investigate the problem and make sure the proper info was used for the repair. They went the extra mile to see to it the repairs were done right the first time. More

EGreen I went in to test drive a 2010 nissan maxima that I have seen on Internet. When I got there Eric Fera was the only sales person available he brought m I went in to test drive a 2010 nissan maxima that I have seen on Internet. When I got there Eric Fera was the only sales person available he brought me to his desk and before we started the test drive for the vehicle we had a nice conversation about my previous vehicles. We then took the car for a test drive and I fell in love with the car right away. I then told Eric I liked the car and even then he did not try and push me just to try and make a sale he just told me was the car something that I would be interesting in purchasing, at this time I was only going in to test drive not to buy, but the car, mileage and price was to good to let slip by. Eric did let me know that he did have someone else coming in to check out the same vehicle. That being said I just happened to bring a couple of hundred dollars with me and with no hesitation I put that down as a down payment and we started to get the paperwork rolling it was a great experience dealing with Eric and to make it even better we couldn't finish the deal that day so Eric came in the next day on his day off to finalize the paperwork with me. Eric is an awesome dude. More

Great Experience I visited Anchor Nissan to test drive a vehicle. It was no longer available and I thought that would be the end of my visit. Eric began talking with m I visited Anchor Nissan to test drive a vehicle. It was no longer available and I thought that would be the end of my visit. Eric began talking with me, asking me what I wanted in a vehicle. From that information, I test drove two vehicles, one that I really fell in love with. And now I am the owner of a Nissan Murano, a car I hadn't even considered in my research. Eric, is great at listening, not pushy at all and guided me to a vehicle that I believe I will have for a long time. My experience at Anchor Nissan was one of utmost courtesy and helpfulness. I am looking forward to future visits for service and feel that I will be well taken care of. Thank You! More
Satisfaction My husband and I were very satisfied with our experience with Anchor Nissan. the only complaint we have is that we were provided with only 1 key fabr My husband and I were very satisfied with our experience with Anchor Nissan. the only complaint we have is that we were provided with only 1 key fabre - the previous owner did not remember whether or not he had turned in the second key fabre. We were told that we could purchase another one at cost - we feel that this is unacceptable seeing as we paid the full asking price for the vehicle. How can a car be sold with only one key or key fabre? We would like to order another key fabre but not at our expense. If the previous owner to our vehicle does not remember whether or not he turned in the second key,why should we pay for a second one? We would appreciate a call from Anchor Nissan to make arrangements to have the car brought in so that a second key fabre can be made for it. Thank youl Louise C. Laflamme PS We purchased a pre-owned 2013 Nissan Altama on March 29, 2014 Adam Park was a great sales person. No complaints about him. He listened to what I was looking for and delivered. We just need and want another key fabre (I don't know if I'm spelling this corrently). More
