Vehicle was there 3 hours, and still nothing had been performed. I had an appointment, so I would think it’d be seen sooner. He could have offered a rental or loaner. I asked to take my car back and would bring it back another day. He just said okay, and asked someone to retrieve my car. Nothing rude or uncalled for, just the bare minimum which is not what I am accustomed to at Ancira Nissan. More
