Eddie at Ancira did a bait and switch on a used vehicle I purchased. All the photos had a tow package; the advertisement on the Ancira website said, in all caps, “TOW PACKAGE”… no tow package. Then he pulled the “well, I can only offer it at this price” while I’m receiving an email from his boss that has the price as $300 cheaper. I will NEVER shop at Ancira again. I will not recommend it to my friends; I would highly recommend anyone wanting to purchase a new or used vehicle to go somewhere else. These people are liars and cheats and swindlers. More

I took my car for second opinion after a well know transmission mechanic (BERT TRASMISSION) sold me a brand new transmission .. I didn’t even drive my car 200 miles and the problem persisted again.. transmission mechanic (BERT TRASMISSION) sold me a brand new transmission .. I didn’t even drive my car 200 miles and the problem persisted again.. call the mechanic and he said “bring it back and let me diagnose it again”… If he couldn’t diagnose it the first time y would I take it back to him… I drove my car to Ancira on I10. Less then 24 hours I had an answer on my car… My car didn’t need a 2200 transmission. All it needed was a transmission cooler.. i called BERT TRANSMISSION. I told him what Ancira was saying.. I will definitely take my car to Ancira and get their mechanics to work in my car. More
