Miguel was very helpful and answered my questions effectively. He made some recommendations and it would help if he made them while the car is there, maybe your service men would have had the time t effectively. I took my vehicle in without an appt. They gave me a 3 hr window, but were done within an hr. My information was already in the system, so there was no question as to the services needed. The service wasn’t awful but being harassed daily sometimes multiple times a day with phones calls, texts And emails to give them a review is ridiculous. You do not want this review. The car salespeople are shady And this overall experience has been wildly different than the last car I bought from y’all. And not in a good way. Please stop with the constant bombardment.
